We are a full service Management Firm. We specialize in the management of homeowner's associations and business associations. We perform all accounting duties and site management. Our main office and most of the communities we manage are located in Lake Havasu City. We also manage communities in Parker, Kingman and Bullhead City.
We take care of every property as if it is our own property. We serve at the pleasure of the Board of Directors, and we work with the Board of Directors in achieving 3 common goals:
preservation of property values
personal enjoyment of the property for all, and
insuring fiscal responsibility and accountability for every Association dollar spent.
